We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for our various ventures. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent management, recruitment, and employee development, enabling them to effectively oversee our talent acquisition and retention strategies and contribute to our overall business success. Your Responsibilities

As our Talent Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes, to attract top talent for the organization
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and promoting a positive company culture
  • Design and implement employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and performance management systems
  • Develop and manage employee retention strategies, including employee engagement initiatives and career development opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze talent management metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the talent pipeline, ensuring a strong pool of candidates for future opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with external talent networks, such as universities, industry associations, and professional communities
  • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations
  • Mentor and develop the talent management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Talent Manager role or a similar capacity with Startups or SMEs
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of talent management best practices, including recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies
  • Experience implementing and managing talent management systems and processes
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex talent management information to diverse team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent people management and team-building abilities
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Expertise with LinkedIn for Talent scouting and acquisition
  • Familiarity with essential talent management tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Lever), learning management systems (e.g., TalentLMS, LearnUpon, Docebo), and office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion)
